FINALLY!!!!!

I am so happy today to say that Mama's cancer treatments are final over!! Today is her last day of radiation! I am so excited and relieved to have all of this behind us. It's been such a long hard ride and we are more than happy to get off!
God has been so good! We have seen His hand in so many situations throughout the last year and He has seen us through it all.
Thank you so much to everyone that has reached out to our family. Your prayers and support are priceless. There are no words to say how much we appreciate all of you.
Just had to share our happy news!! She is not just a cancer survivor.... she is an overcomer!

Annual Spring Women's Conference!!!

TrackMeets & Easter Eggs

This weekend has been a whirlwind of activities! It all started Thursday evening when Beth had her District Trackmeet in Trinity. Our 7th grade girls did an amazing job! They took 1st place and were deemed the District Champs! I'm so proud of them! Beth blew us away with her running! She won 1st place in the 800 meter with a time of 3:06 and won 3rd place in the mile with a time of 7:10 (17 seconds faster than her time the week before!!) BW and I are so proud of her!

I actually had a tiny bit of scrappy time this weekend! I managed to work on getting my albums organized and even did a quick page! I'm so excited that completing this page, gets me caught up to 2007 in all of my albums!! Yay!! Ofcourse, I've done random pages for 2008, but I'm NOWHERE NEAR caught up! Anyway, here's the page I did:
I found my inspiration in April's Scrapbook's Etc. Magazine. I thought it was a great way to use up some of my scraps!

We had such a wonderful Easter weekend. It was supposed to rain all day, but the afternoon turned out beautiful! I got so many great pics that I can't wait to scrap!! I thought I'd share a few of my faves of us all dressed up for Easter Sunday church service:

Dance! Dance! Dance!

It's that time of year when we are crazy busy with dance competitions!
We danced this past weekend at the Nexstar Competition in Ft Worth and the girls did great!!
Ally's team performed 2 dances, "When I Grow Up" and "Can-Can-Can". They won 2 Platinum awards, two 1st place in their division awards and 1st AND 2nd place Over-All!!! Can't beat that!!
Beth's team did 3 dances, "Arms Of The Angels", "Hand Jive" & "Missionary Man". They won three High Gold awards, three 1st in their divisions AND 1st, 2nd & 3rd OVER-ALL!!! How crazy is that? Yep, they kicked butt!! LOL!! We also won 2 special judges awards: "Hand Jive" won the "High Energy Award" & The entire {The Edge Dance Studio} won the "Backstage Manager Award"- this was awarded for their sportsmanship & helpfullness to the other teams backstage. We competed against a ton of big studios, so we are super excited for how well they did!!
